Freediving Courses At Aquanauts

Aquanauts is delighted to offer a complete range of freediving courses, including the PADI Freediver and PADI Basic Freediver. Taught by our expert freediving instructor at our home in Plymouth, our courses will help you to learn all of the key principles required to freedive safely and effectively.

If you are completely new to freediving and want to find out if it's right for you, take our beginner freediving course: PADI Basic Freediver. This short course covers all of the basics including freediving breathing techniques and Apnea techniques, giving you the foundational knowledge you need to give freediving a go.

The PADI Freediver course is a great option for anybody who has tried freediving or spearfishing before and wants to obtain the relevant qualification and learn key techniques for a certified expert. On this wonderful freediving course, you'll get to experience a breathing workshop with our instructor and dive deeper into the all-important theory of breath-hold technique.
